From arranging Fari’s funeral service and transportation to giving us the opportunity to spend precious time with her during the body viewing, every detail was handled with the utmost dignity and respect. They cared for Fari as though she were one of their own, which brought our family immense comfort during such a heartbreaking time.
A special thank you goes to Kirsty, who was our main point of contact. She was kind, patient, compassionate and always available to guide us through every step of the process. Her support made an incredibly difficult experience so much more bearable.
The rest of the team were equally superb, treating us with genuine empathy and ensuring everything was carried out seamlessly. We will always be grateful for the care and respect they showed to Fari and our family.
