Walton Lea Crematorium
Opened on 15 April 1964, Walton Lea Crematorium lies within Lord Daresbury’s old estate, today it offers a tranquil and peaceful location to lay a loved one to rest.

Summer - 1 April to 30 September
Grounds are open 9am-7pm on weekdays, and 9am - 5pm on weekends and bank holidays (1 April to 30 September).
Winter - 1 October to 31 March
Grounds are open 9am-5pm on weekdays, and 9am - 4pm on weekends and bank holidays (1 October to 31 March).


Altrincham Crematorium
Opened in 1959 the chapel at Altrincham is multi denominational and all religious emblems can be removed on request. There is seating for approximately 110 people with standing room for a further 30 at the rear. Where large numbers of mourners are present, the service can be relayed to a screen in the entrance hall so everyone can participate.

Howe Bridge Crematorium
Set in several acres of beautifully maintained gardens, Howe Bridge offers a peaceful and rural choice for the people of South Lancashire. Set in a preserved area of countryside, Howe Bridge has a feeling of peace and tranquility. This is reflected in the spacious chapel, constructed from natural brick and honey coloured timber.

Warrington Cemetery
Opened in March 1857, Warrington Cemetery has many memorials steeped in history and tell the tales of fame and tragedy, industrial figures, sporting icons and war heroes. Find out more about the history of Warrington Cemetery.
Today, it has burial areas for various religious denominations and there are smaller plots available for cremated remains. There is also a beautiful baby garden. The cemetery is also home to some stunning wildlife and excellent architecture, and it holds a Green Flag award.

Fox Covert Cemetery
Opening in October 1961, Fox Covert Cemetery has burial areas for various religious denominations, and exclusive right of burial is available to buy for individual plots. There are also smaller plots available for cremated remains and there is a beautiful baby garden.

Burtonwood Cemetery
Opened in October 1900, the cemetery has areas for various religions. There is exclusive right of burial to buy for separate plots with smaller plots available for cremated remains.
You can see some wonderful wildlife in and around the cemetery. We provide bird tables, bat and owl boxes, and plants designed to attract butterflies. The cemetery also holds a Green Flag award.

Hollinfare Cemetery
Hollinfare Cemetery was opened in December 1894 and has burial areas for various religious denominations, and exclusive right of burial is available to buy for individual plots. There are also smaller plots available for cremated remains.
Memorial benches are available in chosen locations. You can sponsor a bench for 10 years, and we’ll inscribe it with a fitting tribute to your loved one. The cemetery also holds a Green Flag award.
