Kirsty Pascoe, looked after us from the minute we arrived to sort out the funeral arrangements. She was amazing and went above and beyond our expectations, she made sure everything we requested happened. She is a credit to the company. The out of hours men that attended the house in the early hours were very respectful, courteous and professional. All these things made a very hard situation more bearable

All of the team particularly Jo were excellent and really looked after us every step of the way. They were very accommodating and easy to contact when needed. All of their recommendations for the service were perfectly suited to us as a family and the service went exactly as we hoped it would.

I cannot thank Knox Funeral Directors enough for all they did for me and my family. From the very first moment I met Kirsty she was empathetic, caring genuine and 💯 professional. She helped ease my pain and I just knew that she would look after my husband. On the day of the funeral Kirsty was unable to attend and I was a little upset and anxious. Simon looked after us and I have to say he was absolutely phenomenal, he blew me away with his caring and compassionate nature. Kirsty and Simon are a credit to Knox's but I can also state that all the staff I came into contact with were exceptional. I thank them all from the bottom of my heart for helping me and family.
