Our initial meeting was with Alan Hodgkiss, he was kind, caring, showed emphathy throughout the meeting and provided the details we needed without overloading us with information at a really difficult time. We were overwhelmed with the standard of the Order of Service that captured dad and his hobbies in such beautiful graphics. Scott directed on the day of the funeral and he was amazing, the cars were immaculate, the guys were impeccably dressed and all very kind and understanding of our needs on such a sad day. All round excellent service, thank you.

The lady on reception (forgive me I didn’t catch her name), was also very caring and compassionate and a big help to me when coming to see my mum in the chapel. The celebrant Jacqueline held service beautifully. Highly recommend this company to take care of your loved one’s final journey.

Im writing this review to show recognition for the wonderful team at Knox ,having recently lost my beloved Mother i went online in tears to look for a Funeral Directors to look after her and i came across Knox .I was in sheer devastation weepy and lost i didnt know what to do id never arranged a funeral before .I recieved a phone call from Knox who were so warm and caring they instantly put me at ease .Me and my family then met with Jo who was empathetic kind and so friendly who helped us arrange everything from the Flowers to Coffin to Celebrant for My Mums Celebration Of Life Service and nothing was too much trouble .Then on the day everyone was wonderful and so considerate and as we passed Knox Jo was stood there to pay her respects ,a truly beautiful touch .My Mum was looked after so well here and i honestly cant thank them all enough they made an unbearable situation somehow manageable and stress free. Me and my family will be forever grateful for the amazing service we received .
