Yet again we were delighted with the service we received from Knox and son funeral directors. From start to finish everyone involved was very professional and respectful.
The premises, the cars, the staff, the private ambulance were all of an exceptional quality and were immaculate. Every person we met conducted themselves in such a way that was fitting for the final journey of my mum. It was the second time we have used Knox and son and we would highly recommend. Thank you

I would like to sincerely thank Kirsty, Rachel and Andrea from the bottom of my heart, for all their help and guidance from my first meeting with them. Having to arrange my wife's funeral was the hardest thing that I have ever had to do. Kirsty was amazing, her empathy was outstanding and I just want to say, she is definitely in the right job. I was very impressed with all the staff, their attention to detail was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble, if I had a query, then they guided me in the right direction. The dignity showed to my wife and the whole family could not have been better.

We cannot recommend Knox highly enough. They treated us and our Stephen with the utmost respect. They made us feel like we were the only family that they were supporting. We would not have got through this whole experience without them. The funeral was in fact perfect. Our Stephen would have loved it ❤️

I cannot recommend Knox & Son enough. They are so kind and sympathetic, helping you every step of the way during a time where your emotions are everywhere and with a broken heart you are trying to arrange the final farewell for your loved one.
It is one of the hardest things you will ever have to do but they put you at ease from the moment you walk in and are by your side from that moment on.
You are dedicated a member of staff who remains your contact for everything and I truly believe they treat every family as they would their own. They are so genuinely thoughtful and when you entrust your loved one into their care you just know that they will be treated with dignity and respect.
Kirsty was our dedicated lady, she is such a beautiful soul, welcoming and considerate and totally professional, as to be fair are the rest of the team there.
At a time when you are so overwhelmed with sadness and it’s hard to think straight Knox ensure every detail is perfect. I couldn’t thank them enough.
